Luke Messer, a project manager at Garney Construction, discusses the renovation of the Schell-Osage Conservation Area in Missouri, one of the state’s oldest publicly managed wetland areas. Part of this renovation is the establishment of a permanent pump station, so Messer details how the station will enhance wildlifee, provide water level stabilization and more.
